Breakfast: Full Local (Tipico), Caribbean and American breakfasts. What would you like in your omelette? How about a Caribbean Breakfast with Banana Pancakes, sausage, fresh tropical fruit, pineapple juice and fresh Honduras coffee? 

 

Lunch: A casual lunch is served daily with local and American Specialties? Would you like a cheese burger in Paradise? How about a local specialty called pastilettes with chicken, beef or conch- filled cornmeal packets of meat, special ingredients, and sauce- topped with homemade salsa and Caribbean slaw.  

 

Dinner: A four course dinner is served nightly. Specialties include Caribbean King Crab, Leg of Lamb, Lobster, Rib-eye steak, fresh Snapper Caribbean style or any way you'd like and cracked conch. Meals are served with homemade bread. The deserts are homemade and out of this world!

Conch fritters with mango salsa, homemade Caribbean Gazpacho Soup, homemade rolls. Beverage.

French onion soup, Green papaya salad with mango vinegrette, Leg of lamb, scalloped potatos and creme brulee for desert. Beverage

 

Homemade Clam Chowder, Caribbean Salad or appetizers, lobster, baked potato, fresh pineapple flambe for desert. Beverage

THE FRONT PORCH RESTAURANT *is a romantic ocean front restaurant. Serves 3
meals a day. Cuisine is local Caribbean, American and seafood specialties.
