We serve a variety of seafood IN SEASON - lobster, shrimp, Caribbean King Crab, cracked conch, conch fritters, crab imperial, Seafood pasta with edam cheese sherry cream sauce, etc. We also serve fish from local fishermen- snapper, grouper and mahi mahi, etc. We serve 4 course dinners. Salad of the day, may be: Green Papaya salad with passion fruit vinegrette, Shrimp Cocktail, Conch Ceviche , Caribbean Salad with Mango Vinegrette, etc. Examples of home made soups: crab bisque, french onion soup, conch  chowder, chicken noodle soup, clam chowder, chicken tortilla soup, etc. We usually, also have lamb and filet mignon on the menu. Each dinner comes with home made rolls. A different home made desert is served each night including key lime pie, creme brulee, home made cream puffs with Bavarian cream, homemade flan and a variety of other deserts.
